Wednesday of the Fourth Week
Reflection
In today’s Gospel, Jesus says “Amen, amen I say to you, the Son cannot do anything on His own, but only what He sees the Father doing; for what He does the Son will do also.” Remember that you are a role model for your children, grandchildren, siblings, and friends. It is our responsibility to spread Jesus’ Word and to teach others how to live a faithful and virtuous life.

As you reflect today, look to Jesus as a role model and follow His wisdom. Be kind to your neighbors, strangers, and friends as Jesus encouraged His disciples to do. Share a smile with a stranger. Say thank you. Take the time today to surprise someone with a good deed, and you will find fulfillment and happiness. “The hour is coming in which all who are in the tombs will hear His voice and come out, those who have done good deeds to the resurrection of life, but those who have done wicked deeds to the resurrection of condemnation.”
Prayer
Lord, help me to live by Your love and share gifts of kindness with everyone around me.

Let your inner Christ light shine though! Thanks Amanda for the thoughtful reminders that we are Christ's hands and feet in this world. I'll carry that with me today.
